If you are interested in being a Volunteer for Beyond the Books Events by RMK, please fill out this form. This is an application that we will review as each comes in, filling out this form does not guarantee that you will be selected to be a Volunteer at future events. We will have a limited number of spots per event as each event will have different requirements.

What Being A Volunteer Means: Being a Volunteer for RMK means assisting and services at events, this could be at market fairs or with a highlighted Vendor or Author. You will have assigned shifts and be able to be a guest at the event during your non-assigned shifts. You still get to dress up and enjoy the event like guests!

During the Event: Each event will have different needs, but essentially helping in the set up and tear, specific assignments would be discussed.

Requirements: 

-Following and engaging in Beyond the Books Events by RMK social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Blog, Threads, Facebook)

-Volunteering in: Social Media, Marketing, Event Set Up, Event Duration or Event Tear Down (specifics to be discussed)

-Creating hype for upcoming events and engaging with those interested in the event

Perks (please note that specific list of perks will be assigned per event):

-Enjoying the event like a guest, but with a comped ticket!

-Access to photographers & videographers at events for content prior to the event 

-Meet & greets with cast members and other Special Guests
